The NewsDesk's core business has two main specialties - producing bespoke newsletters for client companies, charities and community groups, and writing press releases for clients that are used where they are aimed!

Unlike most firms and agencies providing similar work, the NewsDesk can provide a one-stop service offering everything from newsletter concept to delivery of the printed product.

Established for nearly 20 years, the NewsDesk is managed and staffed by former daily newspaper, radio and TV journalists.

We have never paid to advertise our work. More than 90% has come as a result of referrals by delighted clients or by new clients having seen the work we have done for others.

What we do, we do supremely well. We don't pretend to be a public relations agency, we won't create a marketing strategy but we will provide a publicity machine that ensures clients' messages are used in the appropriate media.

Many firms think they can produce their own newsletters but one of the biggest problems they encounter - apart from time - is the ability to write for the audience their newsletter is aimed at.

Because of our training as journalists and years of experience in producing newsletters, we can write well on ANY topic because we know how to source material efficiently and how best to use it.

Often company employees get so used to speaking, and writing, in their own jargon that they forget the rest of the world probably hasn't a clue what they are talking about. We get the message across in a way that everyone can understand by demistifying the complicated and confused and simplifying the technical. In a nutshell - we take the gobble out of gobbledegook.
