Company NewslettersEverything we offer is custom-made to meet our clients' needs. Clients can choose as many or as few of our services as they wish. They can supply their own copy (which may need to be re-written) and photos (which frequently are not of an acceptable quality).Or they can make full use of our one-stop service. After meeting to find out what prospective clients have in mind for the overall appearance of their newsletter, the type of content they want to include and their target readership, we produce draft designs which we adapt until clients are happy. At
the start of each edition, we chat to the client to find out what
they want included in that edition and, if applicable, which members
of their staff to speak to in order to get the relevant information.
We then interview staff, make use of available source material and
carry out all necessary research to be able to write the required
articles.We also provide appropriate graphics including photography, graphs, charts and even cartoons. Once the draft newsletter copy has been written and the graphics are to hand, we produce draft layouts of each page for the client to alter or amend until he/she is 100% happy. Usually we get it right first time. But we always bear in mind that the newsletter is our client’s, not our's, and we never move to the next stage until the client gives approval. We then take care of the electronic making up of the newsletter and customers may approve a colour proof before final printing and delivery of the newsletter to their premises. If they give us their database addresses, we will even put the newsletters in labelled envelopes and post them! |
